Barja Construction has built some of the region's most significant commercial and industrial projects — but their digital presence didn't reflect that legacy. They needed a platform that could showcase project complexity, demonstrate technical capability, and serve as a credible touchpoint for developers, architects, and government clients.
Challenge
The construction industry relies heavily on relationships and track record, but Barja's previous website was a static brochure with limited project documentation. Potential clients couldn't easily explore past work, understand capabilities, or initiate conversations.
The company also lacked a system for managing project data — images, specifications, timelines, and team credits were scattered across drives and devices, making it difficult to maintain an up-to-date portfolio.
Solution
We built a project-first platform where every project gets a rich, structured page — hero imagery, specifications, timeline, team, challenges overcome, and outcomes. A powerful filtering system lets visitors explore by sector, scale, location, and project type.
The CMS allows the Barja team to add projects with minimal effort: drag-and-drop galleries, structured fields for technical data, and automatic generation of project summaries. An integrated inquiry router directs requests to the right department based on project type and scale. The design language is bold, technical, and grounded — concrete textures, structural lines, and a palette of charcoal, steel, and safety orange.
Outcome
Since launch, Barja Construction has seen a dramatic increase in qualified inbound inquiries — developers and architects now arrive with specific project references from the portfolio. The platform has also become an internal asset: project teams use it for handoffs, marketing uses it for proposals, and leadership uses it for stakeholder reporting.
The project data structure enables new capabilities: automated capability statements for bids, interactive maps for site visits, and analytics on which project types generate the most interest.
