Silverage Group had grown through acquisition and organic expansion into a multi-industry conglomerate — but their brand had not kept pace. Each subsidiary operated with its own visual language, and the group lacked a corporate identity that could credibly represent the whole. We were tasked with creating a brand architecture that unifies without erasing.

Challenge

A diversified group faces a unique branding challenge: how to signal unity without forcing conformity. Silverage's subsidiaries in logistics, manufacturing, real estate, and financial services each had established their own identities. The group website was a simple holding page with no narrative, no investor relations section, and no career portal.

Stakeholders — from subsidiary CEOs to board members — had different visions for what the group brand should be. Alignment was essential before any design work could begin.

Solution

We developed a "branded house" architecture: a strong parent brand (Silverage Group) with a flexible visual system that accommodates subsidiary identities through a shared color palette, typography, and design language. Each subsidiary receives a unique accent color and icon within the system — distinct but unmistakably part of the family.

The corporate website serves three audiences: investors (with financial reporting, governance, and ESG sections), talent (with a unified careers portal across all subsidiaries), and partners (with a capabilities directory). The CMS allows the corporate communications team to manage group news, subsidiary spotlights, and leadership updates independently.

Outcome

Since launch, Silverage Group has successfully onboarded three new acquisitions into the brand architecture within weeks — a process that previously took months. The corporate website now serves as the primary touchpoint for investor due diligence, with analytics showing deep engagement on governance and ESG pages.

Subsidiary leaders report stronger cross-group collaboration, attributed to a shared visual language and the careers portal enabling internal mobility. The brand has become a strategic asset in negotiations, signaling scale and sophistication before the first meeting.

Feedback

Servorien gave us a brand that holds the weight of a conglomerate but flexes for each business. Our subsidiaries feel seen, not subsumed. That balance is everything.
